Pauline N Matambanadzo, has over 32 years of experience working in diverse corporate and industrial environments ranging from insurance, engineering, law firms, FMCG to Media and Advertising.
As a consultant, she clocked 15 years of providing independent and contracted consultancy, management and operational training as well as workshop design and facilitation, mediation, conflict resolution, business development & operational strategy.
In the most recent 5years Pauline has widened her scope of interest and operation to include Gender, Technology & Innovation, Green Buildings & Sustainable Environment. Pauline sits on several boards aligned with her areas of competence and interest. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (2006) from the University of South Africa.
Pauline is the Managing Director of Eclipse Capital.
Sichoni, has considerable exposure to banking supervision, investment banking/corporate finance, mortgage banking and investment promotion over his 24 year working life. Much of his career has been in the banking sector. He has previously worked for the then Zimbabwe Investment Authority (now ZIDA), FBC Holdings and Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe in various capacities up to senior management level. He has also worked in agri-business fund management and does private consultancies and lectureships as well.
He holds a B. Com (Finance) Honours Degree and an MSc (Finance and Investments) degree both from National University of Science and Technology in Zimbabwe as well as the Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Bankers Zimbabwe (IOBZ).
Sichoni conducts several regional consultancy assignments particularly for Southern African Development Community on the investment front. His current assignment is titled, Developing an Implementation Plan for the SADC Business and Investment Promotion Strategy. He is the Corporate Finance Executive of Eclipse Capital.
Tofara worked in the banking sector and then as the treasurer of a major mining company in Zimbabwe, ZIMASCO, where he horned his client-side corporate finance skills. Tofara brings an international management experience to Eclipse, having had exposure to work environments in South Africa, Zimbabwe, UK and USA. Tofara has worked in banking, auditing, and ICT sectors. In his last full-time job, he was the Managing Director of Jacob Bethel Corporation, a notable manufacturing company.
He is the Company Secretary/ Director Compliance of Eclipse Capital.
Sandra brings to the team an extensive network of sell side and buy side contacts. She is a seasoned human resources practitioner, and corporate advisor with over 20 years experience across a broad range of human resource functions in varied industrial sectors.
Sandra is a self-taught digital marketer with an exceptional prowess in building digital networks. Her deep regard for IT frameworks gives her the ability to formulate insightful technological strategies to cope with and gain competitive advantage that is in line with the ever-changing technological trends. Currently, she is overseeing the development of unique ICT interventions which will see over one thousand five hundred Eclipse social media platforms collapsed into one platform premised on artificial intelligence, machine learning and data mining.
She commenced her career in 1997 with Premier Human Capital after successfully completing her studies in the USA. Thereafter, she founded and managed Eclipse Executive Selection (Pvt) Ltd on a full-time basis for over a decade before accepting a role as an Associate Advisor - Recruitment with KPMG Zimbabwe.
In 2012, she was headhunted for an Executive Recruitment role with African Management Services Company (AMSCO), a United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) agency domiciled in the Netherlands. Whilst her portfolio covered Southern Africa, Sandra gained substantive experience with recruitment for East, West and Central Africa.
Her passion is in talent management, fund raising, entrepreneurship, technology and networking. Currently, Sandra is the executive director for Eclipse Consulting Group (Pvt) Ltd. She holds an MSc in Strategic Management from Derbyshire Business School, UK, a Degree in Business management from Middlesex Community College, USA and a Diploma in Business Leadership from The Zimbabwe Institute of Management.
Sandra holds the role of Corporate Affairs Executive.
